Janelle Snow is a passionate advocate and leader in the fight against human trafficking. After serving two terms as the Board Secretary, she currently serves as the President of the Rochester Regional Coalition Against Human Trafficking. With a Master of Public Administration specializing in Nonprofit Management from SUNY Brockport, Janelle brings a wealth of expertise to her role.

In addition to her advocacy work, Janelle is a skilled leader, with a proven track record of securing funding and managing programs effectively. Her ability to mobilize resources and centralize data has been instrumental in expanding the coalition’s sustainability.

Her current professional work within the community involves supporting RCSD high school students in developing their career pathways, exposing them to career opportunities, and developing workforce skills. Beyond her role with the coalition, she loves travel, snowboarding, cooking, and learning.
